Our client is seeking a Process Manager to join their Resolution Reporting team in Krakow. This is an excellent opportunity to take on a central role in a rapidly developing area of finance, supporting critical regulatory reporting initiatives. You will coordinate deliverables across multiple products and desks, working with stakeholders at all levels to ensure timely, high-quality reporting.

Position Overview

As Process Manager, you will form a key part of the Resolution Reporting capability, supporting the delivery of trading activity wind down programmes and resolution-in-resolution initiatives. You will coordinate reporting processes across multiple asset classes and trading strategies, managing new system developments, conducting testing cycles, and serving as the primary contact for regional reporting requests. Your work will directly support senior management decision-making and regulatory compliance across the organisation.
