What We're Looking For

• ✅ 10+ years of experience in Business Process Management, Continuous Improvement, or Transformation roles


• ✅ Strong expertise in BPMN, Lean/Six Sigma, Process Mining, and Value Stream Mapping, with hands-on experience in Signavio, LeanIX, workflow automation and RPA solutions, as well as a solid understanding of SAP processes and enterprise integrations.


• ✅ Proven ability to lead large-scale process transformation initiatives, leverage data and analytics to solve complex business challenges, influence stakeholders across business and technology functions, and translate complex insights into clear, actionable business recommendations.


• ✅Experience with hypothesis testing, business case development, and benefits tracking


• ✅Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities


• ✅Experience working with executives and cross-functional teams


• ✅Strong change management and facilitation skills
