• 5+ years experience in fintech/banking/payments with ledger/balances/reconciliation ownership and strong knowledge of double-entry ledger and money movement (deposits/withdrawals, reversals).
• Proven ability to handle roadmap dependencies, and cross-functional leadership in fintech.
• Excellent communication with multiple technical and business teams and coordinating work between them.
• High independence, self-starter attitude.
• High level of ownership and responsibility for the implemented products.

Who is the Product Manager at XTB?
