8+ years of Cloud Engineering experience,
3+ years of Product Owner, Platform Owner, Technical Lead, Lead Engineer, or Architect experience,
Experience operating enterprise-scale cloud platforms,
Experience working within Agile delivery models,
Experience managing technical roadmaps and backlogs.

Technical Skills

Strong experience with:

• Terraform,
• Infrastructure as Code,
• GitHub or Git-based development workflows,
• Pull Request reviews,
• CI/CD pipelines,
• Cloud security controls,
• Kubernetes and container platforms,
• Networking and cloud connectivity,

What makes this role different?

This is not a traditional Product Owner position. We are looking for a technical Product Owner who can:

• Define strategy in the morning,
• Prioritize backlog items at lunch,
• Review Terraform pull requests in the afternoon,
• Challenge architectural decisions before the end of the day,
• The successful candidate will operate as a product leader, cloud architect, and senior engineer, ensuring the Cloud Landing Zone remains a secure, scalable, and developer-friendly platform that accelerates Nordea's multi-cloud strategy.
