Project Manager
- 6 to 8 years of experience in License Management, Software Asset Management or related IT governance roles
- Proven track record establishing or maturing SAM capabilities within complex, global organisations
- Strong understanding of software licensing models, vendor terms and compliance requirements
- Experience managing relationships with major software vendors and supporting commercial discussions
- Proficiency with License Management tools such as ServiceNow SAM Pro or equivalent platforms
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across IT, Finance, Legal and Sourcing functions
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to drive initiatives from strategy through to execution
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and data accuracy

They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to establish and lead their License Management function within the Vendor and License Management team. This newly created position offers significant scope to build frameworks from the ground up, influence global IT governance and develop alongside the organisation as the capability matures.
Position Overview
As Project Manager, you will establish the strategic direction and operational execution of software asset management across the organisation. This role encompasses defining governance frameworks, managing vendor relationships, ensuring compliance readiness and optimising software investments. You will work closely with stakeholders across IT, Sourcing, Legal and Finance to embed effective practices that support both risk mitigation and cost efficiency across the global software portfolio.
