Project Manager
- 7+ years of Project Management
experience delivering complex software, data, platform, or technology
initiatives. - Proven experience managing
cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Data, and Business
organizations. - Strong stakeholder management
and communication skills, including experience working with senior
leadership. - Experience working within Agile
and Scrum delivery frameworks. - Demonstrated experience driving
process improvement, operational excellence, or organizational
transformation initiatives. - Strong analytical and
problem-solving capabilities. - Experience with Jira,
Confluence, and modern delivery management tools. - Ability to manage multiple
priorities in a fast-paced, global environment. - Experience applying data-driven
approaches to delivery management and operational improvement. - Demonstrated passion for
transforming delivery organizations through AI-enabled ways of working,
automation, and continuous innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer
Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field,
or equivalent practical experience. - Experience leading
cross-functional delivery initiatives involving technical and
non-technical teams. - Project Management
certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent) preferred. - Excellent written and verbal
communication skills in English.
