- Strong commercial experience in test automation / Quality Engineering / SDET / Backend Engineering
- Strong Java and/or Groovy skills, with solid hands-on experience in automation
- Strong hands-on experience with Selenium
- Experience designing, developing, and maintaining automated test suites
- Strong understanding of software quality and test automation principles
- Practical and advanced use of AI tools in day-to-day engineering/testing work
- Ability to independently analyze existing solutions and identify areas for improvement
