QA Manual
- 2–5 years of professional experience in software testing, primarily manual testing
- Experience testing complex business applications, preferably ERP systems
- Strong understanding of functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing
- Experience creating and maintaining test scenarios, test cases, and test documentation
- Ability to analyze business requirements and user stories and translate them into effective test cases
- Experience with defect tracking and test management tools
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
Nice to Have:
- Experience with API and UI testing
- Experience working in Scrum or a similar agile environment
- Basic experience with test automation
- Familiarity with Playwright, Selenium, SpecFlow, or similar testing tools
- Knowledge of Gherkin syntax
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps and Confluence
- Experience using AI tools in day-to-day work
- ISTQB or equivalent certification.
Project Description:
We are looking for a QA Engineer to join a long-term project focused on enterprise software and ERP solutions. The role is primarily focused on manual testing of business-critical applications. You will work closely with Product Owners, Analysts, Developers, and Designers to validate new features, identify defects, and continuously improve product quality and testing processes. This is a fully remote freelance opportunity, currently planned through the end of 2027, with the potential for extension based on project needs.
