Quality Manager
Experience: Proven experience in Quality Management within the automotive, railway, or aerospace industries. Knowledge of at least one of the following standards is highly desirable: ISO 26262, CENELEC EN 50126/50128/50129/50126, or ASPICE.
Quality Management: Strong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies, such as FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) and 8D Problem Solving.
Technical Environment: Good understanding of embedded systems development and software and hardware engineering processes.
Tools and Processes: Experience working with ALM/PLM systems and highly complex technical documentation.
English Language: Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
Analytical Competencies: Strong interpersonal skills, assertiveness, a problem-solving mindset, and a high level of attention to detail.
Nice to have
Lead Auditor certifications, such as ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or IRIS (International Railway Industry Standard) Lead Auditor.
Hands-on experience with risk analysis methodologies, including FTA (Fault Tree Analysis) and HAZOP (Hazard and Operability Study).
