SAP Project Manager

Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing SAP projects, including end-to-end implementations, rollouts, and support transitions.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP systems such as S/4HANA, ECC 6.0, or SAP Business One (SAP B1).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams across technical, functional, and business units.
  • Fluent English (B2+ level) for professional communication across global teams.
  • Excellent project management skills including planning, budgeting, resource management, and risk mitigation.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective stakeholder management at all levels.
  • Proactive problem solver with the ability to anticipate and resolve project issues.
  • Experience in managing client expectations and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Solid understanding of change management principles to facilitate smooth ERP adoption.

Additional requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • SAP project management certifications (e.g., SAP Activate, PMP, Prince2).
  • German language skills (B1 or higher) would be a strong plus.
