What we expect from you: 🎯

4+ years in SAP management, with a proven track record in leading teams and delivering SAP support services.
In-depth knowledge of SAP systems and AMS processes.
Previous leadership and team management experience – ability to manage a cross-functional delivery team.
Knowledge of SAP Activate, Agile, Waterfall, or similar project methodologies.
German language is a must. 💡
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and geographically dispersed team environment.
Polish & English at excellent level - you will use them every day.
EU passport - you may have business trips within the EU
Knowledge of SAP Concur is an advantage.

The successful candidate will oversee a team of SAP Support Consultants and Service Desk Consultants located in Central Europe, to ensure exceptional service delivery to our clients in Western Europe.
