Scrum Master

• Min. 5 years of experience in IT and 3+ in similar position


• Strong knowledge of Scrum rules, technics and practices


• Has got hands on experience in Scrum management


• Expert in estimating and planning of iterative and incremental software developments


• Has knowledge of other agile approaches like Kanban, XP, etc.


• Possesses excellent communication, conflict resolution, leadership and mentoring skills


• Possess experience as a team lead


• University degree (Bachelor's or equivalent)

Nice to have:

• Experienced expert in scrum team ceremonies, able to provide examples from the own projects


• Introduced at least 3 improvements in the organization of the team last 12 months


• Demonstrates involvement into business context and goals of the scrum tasks 

At least 1 certificate in Scrum Mastering (e.g.  Professional Scrum Master (PSM), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM))

• Rate: 110-125/h net+VAT
