Scrum Master, WARSZAWA

• 8+ years of experience in IT project/program management (multi-module, enterprise-level)


• Proven expertise in managing hybrid delivery models (Project Management + Agile)


• Advanced certification in project management methodologies such as:
  
  
  
  • PMI, Prince2, Agile, CCPM, or hybrid approaches
  
  
  
  


• Strong skills in managing risks, dependencies, and governance in large organizations


• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Experience as Scrum Master in large IT transformation projects


• Understanding of Scaled Agile Frameworks


• Practical experience in process improvement and governance initiatives
