Your profile
- 4+ years of experience in HR: HR transformation, HR technology, People Operations, Employee Services, Talent Acquisition and the ability to translate business challenges into digital solutions
- Familiarity with HR technology platforms eg.: Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ServiceNow HRSD, Zendesk or other
- Practical experience using AI tools to improve workflows, automate tasks, or create AI assistants, agents, or prompt-based solutions: Microsoft Copilot Studio preferred, OpenAI as optional
- Knowledge of Power Platform, of Agentic AI, RAG, LLM-based assistants, and AI governance
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to explain technology concepts to business audiences and influence decision-making
- English - ability to communicate technical concepts to business audiences
- Nice to have: Azure AI Foundry, ServiceNow AI Agents, Salesforce Agentforce, UiPath Agent Builder, or similar AI platforms

Your role
As a Senior AI Solutions Consultant, you will support HR transformation initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve employee and manager experience through AI. You will work at the intersection of HR and technology, helping clients streamline processes, design AI-enabled ways of working, and adopt agentic solutions that increase efficiency and service quality across People Operations.
Your project
You will join a growing team focused on transforming HR operating models with AI. Depending on the client and business challenge, you will help shape initiatives spanning employee services, talent acquisition, onboarding, case management, knowledge management, and workforce operations.
