• 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Data Consulting


• Advanced SQL skills and hands-on experience working with large datasets


• Strong expertise in Power BI, including DAX, semantic modeling, and dashboard performance optimization


• Solid understanding of data warehousing, dimensional modeling, and BI architecture


• Experience translating business needs into scalable reporting and analytics solutions


• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and data storytelling skills


• Experience defining KPIs, reporting frameworks, and governance standards


• Very good written and spoken English

Nice to Have

• Experience with Tableau, Looker, or other BI platforms
