Senior Consultant – Global Business Services & Transformation
Experience:
- 8 years' experience within consulting, Global Business Services, Shared Services, Finance Transformation or business transformation environments.
- Proven experience supporting transformation or process improvement projects.
- Strong understanding of Shared Services and Global Business Services operating models.
- Experience analysing business processes and designing operating models.
- Demonstrated ability to prepare client-facing reports, presentations and recommendations.
- Exposure to Finance, HR, Procurement, Operations or Enterprise Services functions (desirable).
Skills:
- Global Business Services (GBS) and Shared Services expertise.
- Business Transformation and Operating Model Design capability.
- Process Improvement and Process Mapping knowledge.
- Business Analysis and Data Analysis skills.
- Stakeholder Management and Workshop Facilitation experience.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Management, Engineering or related discipline.
- Relevant professional certifications advantageous (Lean Six Sigma, Prince2, PMP, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).

Position Overview
As a Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of transformation and business services engagements.
