Responsibilities:
* Comprehensive quoting and design of advanced network systems and enterprise-class datacenter solutions (BOM, HLD, LLD)
* Acting as a leader and providing technical oversight for large-scale, complex deployments
* Providing support for resolving critical failures in client environments (L3)
* Actively implementing automation (IaC) into deployment and maintenance processes
* Technical mentoring and representing the company in discussions with key clients
* Serving periodic on-call duties as an expert for escalation
