About the project
The Product Technology group ensures Accuris products are deployed rapidly, operated seamlessly in the cloud, and supported by the tools developers need to build high-quality software at scale. It brings together Application Security & Operations, Developer Experience, Platform Engineering and Technical Architecture - the foundational systems behind the SaaS products our customers rely on.
As a Senior Dev Enablement Engineer, you will enable Product Development teams to deploy, run and optimise applications on secure, scalable, reliable infrastructure - improving developer experience, streamlining deployment, and driving operational excellence across the software delivery lifecycle.
What's in it for you
- Real influence on how Accuris teams ship software - you are embedded with development teams as a partner, not running a ticket queue.
- Products used by engineering teams at Boeing, NASA and SpaceX ride on the platforms you build.
- A greenfield hub: Gdansk is Accuris' second engineering hub after Denver, with a new Alchemia office opening.
- Strong compensation for the local market, all equipment provided, plus medical package, Multisport, life insurance and the Wellbeing program.
Candidate FAQ
The questions candidates ask most often about this role - answered upfront.
Who is Accuris?
Accuris is an engineering intelligence company - formerly S&P Global's Engineering Solutions division and an integral part of the engineering ecosystem for more than 60 years. Our products - Engineering Workbench (EWB), the EMS platform and Goldfire - turn the world's largest repository of engineering standards and technical knowledge into connected workflows. They are used by engineering teams at Boeing, NASA and SpaceX, among many others - including the teams behind programs like NASA's Artemis.
What team would I join?
The Dev Enablement team within Platform Technology - around seven engineers across Poland, the US, India and Armenia - led by Stefan, who is based in Amsterdam. Each engineer is embedded with specific development teams: you join their planning and own their CI/CD, tooling and secure, fast releases.
What do you look for?
Soft skills lead here: energy, proactivity, and the ability to translate technical concepts for product owners and non technical stakeholders - backed by hands-on depth in CI/CD, Infrastructure-as-Code and platform design. Bring concrete examples of how you improved the way a team ships software.
What does the process look like?
Four stages: (1) an intro call with Mateusz, (2) an interview with Stefan (hiring manager), (3) a panel with two Dev Enablement engineers, and (4) a panel with Platform Engineering. The process typically takes about 2-3 weeks end to-end, there are no take-home assignments, and you receive feedback after every stage. Interviews are conducted in English.
Where would I work?
Gdansk, Poland, on a hybrid model (3 days per week in the office). We are opening a brand-new office in the Alchemia complex in central Gdansk in Aug/Sep 2026. Gdansk is Accuris' second engineering hub after Denver - you would be joining at the greenfield stage and helping shape it.
What are the benefits?
Salary: up to 26 000 PLN gross/month (UoP). On top of that, an employment contract (UoP - we hire for the long term), a private medical package, a Multisport card, life insurance, a 2 000 PLN annual wellbeing allowance, and all necessary equipment provided.
