This is a hands-on Developer Relations Engineer (Platform Enablement) role focused on shipping practical assets that make the platform the path of least resistance: golden-path templates, reference implementations, automation and documentation that developers actually use. |
Ideal candidate should have:
- Strong hands-on engineering capability with evidence you can build and deliver: templates, automation, reference implementations, onboarding assets and/or developer tooling.
- A practical understanding of developer experience: how to make the “right” path the easiest path through standardisation and automation.
- Confidence writing clear technical content (docs, how‑tos, examples) that scales to large audiences.
- Solid production mindset (security, resilience, observability, supportability) so examples and guidance are credible in a regulated environment.
- Good stakeholder and collaboration skills — you’ll work across multiple platform pillars and teams to get outcomes, not just opinions.
