Must have requirements

A candidate with a minimum of 5 years of technical IT experience, including extensive hands-on expertise in managing Microsoft Intune environments at scale (10,000+ users). Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Windows Autopilot, Microsoft 365 Apps, and Entra ID (Azure AD) is required. Experience working within global organizations and coordinating external support teams will be highly valued.

  • 5+ Years of relevant technical IT experience. 
  • At least 5 years hands on experience of MS Intune at scale (more than 10k users). 
  • Preferably, professional experience including: Deployment and management of Windows 10/11 in large, geographically spread organizations (15k devices or more)  Deployment and management of Microsoft 365 Apps using MS Intune/Office Portal   
  • MS Windows deployment using Autopilot 
  • Licensing approaches and available user licensing SKUs 
  • Identity and application access (i.e. Active Directory / Azure AD) 
  • Experience working in remote / virtual global teams with diverse geographic project delivery. 
  • Experience of managing outsourced / offshore project and support teams. 
  • Fluent English written and spoken. 
  • Good commercial focus. 
  • Process and ITIL documentation requirements. 

Nice to have requirements

  • Previous experience of GxP environments would be an advantage but not required. 
  • Organizational Migration, divestment, or deployment experience would be an advantage but not required. 
  • Experience working in GxP-regulated environments and participating in migration projects or large-scale organizational transformations will be considered an asset.

This role focuses on delivering great end user experience for client's employees across the globe using latest and greatest technologies to manage client's endpoints. You will be joining a team of passionate and talented professionals and working alongside client's vendors to assess, pilot and deploy their latest product features or new products. You will be accountable and responsible for managing the End User Computing roadmap for existing and new products to be deployed in company.
