Senior Fullstack Engineer Java & React

7+ years of professional software development experience in enterprise environments
Strong expertise in ReactJS, Redux, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript
Deep understanding of React Hooks, Context API, Redux Toolkit, routing, and frontend performance optimization
Hands-on experience with Vite and/or Webpack
Strong experience with Java 17+ and Spring Boot 3+
Experience with Spring Security, Spring Data JPA, REST APIs, and microservices
Excellent knowledge of multithreading, concurrency, JVM tuning, and performance optimization
Practical experience with Apache Kafka and event-driven architectures
Experience with Kubernetes, Helm, and Terraform
Experience creating and maintaining GitLab CI/CD pipelines
Strong understanding of distributed systems, scalability, resiliency, and fault tolerance
Knowledge of SOLID principles, design patterns, clean architecture, TDD, and secure coding practices
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Nice to have

Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Microsoft Copilot
Experience with Oracle or PostgreSQL databases
Familiarity with Azure cloud services
Knowledge of Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk, Dynatrace, ELK, or OpenSearch
Experience with OpenAPI/Swagger and GraphQL
Strong testing background using JUnit 5, Mockito, TestContainers, Playwright, Cypress, or React Testing Library

What will you do?

You will work on large-scale financial services platforms supporting investment banking operations and digital transformation initiatives in a highly regulated environment. The role combines frontend and backend development, cloud-native engineering, and collaboration with business and technology stakeholders to deliver scalable, resilient, and high-performing solutions.
