Senior Go Developer, REMOTE WARSAW

Must-haves

• 4+ years of professional experience building Go services
• Knowledge of idiomatic Go and its ecosystem
• Strong domain modeling and API design skills
• Solid understanding of software architecture and design principles
• Solid knowledge of SQL and efficient schema design
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in distributed teams
• Good command of English and Polish
• Pragmatism, e.g.: willingness to adapt to team’s standards at first; result orientation without sacrificing quality
• Ability to write code that contributes to correct, scalable, reliable, and performant systems
• Good knowledge of automated tests and writing testable code
• Be open to feedback from more experienced peers

Nice to have

• Willingness to use LLMs in daily development
• Exposure to or interest in cryptography
• Exposure to or interest in infrastructure and DevOps practices
