Senior Golang Developer, REMOTE WARSAW

Strong commercial experience as a Go Developer

Experience delivering multiple production-level projects

Ability to work independently and make technical decisions

Solid knowledge of: GCP, Terraform, MySQL, Redis, GraphQL, Docker

Experience working with cloud-based and distributed systems

Good understanding of software architecture and best practices

Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Strong business awareness and client-facing skills

Excellent Polish language skills

English at minimum strong B2 level (used for communication with an international client)

Experience in consulting or team augmentation environments

Ability to act as a technical advisor and recommend solutions

Initially, you will join a smaller-scale initiative focused on supporting and improving an existing application to help the client deliver new business partnerships faster.

This engagement is a starting point with strong potential to grow into a long-term collaboration, including expanding into a larger product team setup.
