Senior IT Product Owner, REMOTE

  • Professional Seniority:
    • At least 5 years of hands-on experience working as an IT Product Owner.
    • At least 5 years of foundational experience working as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst, proving deep technical and requirement engineering roots.
  • Proven Data Portfolio: A track record of leading, developing, and launching at least 3 distinct Data Products from inception to release.
  • International Exposure: Direct experience managing products and collaborating with cross-functional teams within international, cross-cultural, and multi-timezone environments.
  • Data Domain Technical Literacy: Practical, hands-on experience and structural understanding of:
    • Data Visualization Tools: e.g., Tableau (preferable), PowerBI.
    • Data Warehousing / Infrastructure Concepts: e.g., SQL, Snowflake.
  • End-to-End Data Flow Literacy: Deep understanding of data lifecycles—specifically how data is ingested, processed through backend pipelines, transformed via upstream calculations, and ultimately served to frontend visual layers.
  • Granular Requirement Engineering: Proven ability to translate high-level business vision (Epics/Features) into highly detailed, unambiguous User Stories with precise data-mapping logic and strict, testable Acceptance Criteria.
  • Engineering Interface: Experience working in tight alignment with both Backend and Frontend developers to architect data flows and user-facing dashboards.
  • Incremental Data Delivery Mindset: Strong understanding of how to build, test, and release data products incrementally (MVPs) rather than trying to deliver massive, unverified datasets all at once.
  • Advanced Prioritization Frameworks: Mastery of data-driven prioritization techniques (e.g., WSJF, MoSCoW, Opportunity Scoring) to successfully manage roadmaps in highly unpredictable or shifting environments.
  • Scrum Experience: Proven experience participating in Scrum events and driving complex refinement processes with Developers and Stakeholders.

  • Hands-on Jira Proficiency: Complete fluency in Jira, including advanced backlog management, sprint configuration, velocity tracking, and agile metric reporting.
