Senior M365 SharePoint & Power Platform Specialist
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, including strong expertise in SharePoint Online and Power Platform technologies.
- Proven experience designing, delivering and supporting business-critical Microsoft 365 solutions, combined with strong knowledge of SharePoint Online architecture and administration, Teams-connected SharePoint storage, OneDrive, Power Platform governance, identity and permissions.
- Practical development and integration experience with Microsoft Graph, REST APIs and PowerShell, as well as one or more of Azure Functions, Logic Apps, JavaScript/TypeScript, C#/.NET, SPFx or custom connectors.
- Experience with application lifecycle management, source control, testing, automated deployment and production support.
- Good understanding of Microsoft 365 security and compliance concepts, including external sharing, retention, sensitivity, Data Loss Prevention and Microsoft Purview.
- Experience working with structured IT service management practices, including incident, problem, change and release management.
- Ability to work effectively in an international environment and collaborate with IT service leads, technical teams, business stakeholders, Security, Compliance and external partners.
- A degree or comparable professional qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related discipline; equivalent professional experience is also welcome. Relevant Microsoft or ITIL certifications are a plus.
- Experience in professional services, consulting or another knowledge-intensive service industry is beneficial.
- You are fluent in English on a business level; German or Polish is a plus. You bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills, clear communication, a collaborative mindset and a high level of ownership.
We are looking for an experienced Senior M365 SharePoint & Power Platform Specialist to join our IT Infrastructure & Operations (OPS) team. In this role, you will provide senior hands-on technical expertise across SharePoint Online, Power Automate, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive and the broader Microsoft 365 ecosystem. You will work closely with the M365 IT Service Lead in IT Business Services (ITBS), translating agreed business and service priorities into secure, reliable and maintainable technical solutions. The role combines senior engineering, solution architecture, practical development and operational support, while also exploring responsible use of AI-enabled Microsoft technologies.The position offers an opportunity to shape the technical health and evolution of our Microsoft 365 environment, contribute to platform governance and architecture, and deliver business-critical solutions in an international organization. This role can be performed fully remotely within Poland.
