Senior Manager – Finance Process Documentation Specialist R2R Accounting
- Strong accounting and Record-to-Report (R2R) background.
- Good understanding of month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Experience in areas such as General Ledger (GL), journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, intercompany accounting, or financial reporting.
- Experience in process documentation, SOP creation, process observation, or knowledge transfer.
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Willingness to travel from Poland to Manchester.
Project Description:
We are looking for experienced Senior and Manager-level Finance Process Documentation Specialists with a strong accounting and Record-to-Report (R2R) background to support our client's Finance team during year-end close activities. We are also open to highly experienced professionals with exceptional expertise in accounting processes and process documentation. The role focuses on observing financial processes, capturing accounting activities and controls, and developing clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training materials.
Seniority Levels:
Senior: Experienced accounting/R2R professionals with strong process documentation skills.
Manager: Highly experienced professionals capable of independently managing process observation, documentation, and knowledge-transfer activities with limited client oversight.
Expert: Exceptional candidates with extensive relevant experience will also be considered.
Work Model:
Location: Poland, with travel to Manchester, UK.
On-site presence: Required only during key year-end close activities.
