Senior Mechatronics Engineer freelancer, REMOTE WROCŁAW SZCZECIN WARSZAWA ŁÓDŹ GDAŃSK GDYNIA KRAKÓW BIAŁYSTOK BRUSSELS

• 5+ years of experience with integrated software/hardware systems, such as autonomous vehicles, robotics, automotive, or aerospace products
• Experience designing complex electro-mechanical and pneumatic systems from concept through production, including design for scale and cost optimization
• Hands-on experience with linear and rotary actuators
• Experience designing machined parts, weldments, sheet metal components, and mechanical assemblies
• Ability to create and maintain detailed mechanical documentation, including GD&T, tolerances, and BOMs
• Experience selecting, designing, and integrating sensors into complex systems
• Solid understanding of the product development lifecycle, particularly Design for Manufacturing (DfM), reliability, and cost optimization
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• English (B2/C1)
