5+ years of professional experience in Business Intelligence / Analytics.
Strong commercial experience in Power BI development.
Proven experience with Power BI Administration and Premium Capacity management.
Strong understanding of data modeling and data serving in Power BI.
Excellent knowledge of data visualization and dashboard design principles.
Practical experience with Git, preferably GitHub.

Project Overview

We are looking for a Senior / Expert Power BI & Business Intelligence Engineer to join an international Data Science & Engineering team responsible for the development and maintenance of a global Business Intelligence environment.

The role goes beyond standard Power BI report development. You will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining scalable BI solutions, including Power BI development, data modeling, data serving, dashboard design, Power BI administration and Premium Capacity management.

You will work closely with business stakeholders across different functions, independently gather and clarify requirements, and translate business needs into robust and scalable BI solutions.

The position also involves contributing to Power BI governance, standards and best practices, helping shape the future of the organization's global BI environment.

What We Are Looking For

This is not a pure Power BI reporting role.

We are looking for an experienced BI professional who combines:

Power BI Development + Power BI Administration / Premium Capacity + Data Modeling + Data Visualization + Business Stakeholder Management.

The ideal candidate is a Senior / Expert-level BI Developer or BI Engineer who is capable of taking ownership of solutions across the broader BI environment, rather than focusing solely on creating dashboards and reports.

You should be comfortable working both on the technical side of BI and directly with business stakeholders, understanding their needs and transforming them into scalable, maintainable and well-governed BI solutions.

You will join an international Data Science & Engineering team and work on a global Business Intelligence environment supporting multiple business areas.
