- Proven commercial experience with Microsoft Power Platform
- Strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Copilot Studio, including:
- Designing and building conversational agents
- Managing topics, entities, dialog flows, and conversational logic
- Integrating copilots with APIs and external systems
- Experience delivering AI-driven or conversational solutions in enterprise environments
- Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical designs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of end-to-end solutions
- Very good communication skills in English (B2+/C1)
- Experienced in using AI tools in day-to-day workflow
Nice to have:
- Experience with custom connectors and complex system integrations
- Knowledge of Power Platform security, governance, and best practices
- Experience with chatbot analytics, optimization, and continuous improvement
- Familiarity with Azure OpenAI and Azure Cognitive Services
- Background in enterprise or multi-client delivery environments
The project focuses on designing and delivering intelligent, AI-driven conversational solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio for enterprise and client-facing environments. The role involves building scalable copilots that integrate seamlessly with business systems and enhance user experience through optimized conversational flows. You will work closely with stakeholders and clients, contributing to solution design, implementation, and continuous improvement within modern Power Platform ecosystems.
