• 5+ years of commercial Python development experience


• Strong background in backend development


• Experience building distributed systems and microservices


• Solid understanding of REST API design


• Experience with SQL databases and data modeling


• Knowledge of concurrency and scalable system design


• Experience working with Git and modern development workflows


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


• Fluent English

• Exposure to manufacturing / MES / IoT systems
