Senior QA Engineer, GDYNIA GDAŃSK WARSZAWA ŁÓDŹ

• Typically 5+ years of experience in QA, with a clear track record in automation-focused testing roles
• Hands-on experience with Robot Framework and Python for test automation, troubleshooting and test support tooling
• Strong experience in API and system testing
• Experience creating new automated tests and maintaining existing automated test suites
• Experience working with test data, environment configuration and test execution across multiple environments
• Experience with enterprise test management tools, including test case management, traceability and reporting
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines supporting automated test execution, release readiness and quality feedback loops
• Experience working with AI-assisted tools and agent-based workflows, with the ability to identify practical opportunities to improve testing and delivery through AI
• Ability to take a leading role in project-level QA work without necessarily having formal people-management responsibility
• Good spoken and written English

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with qTest as a test management tool
• Experience from financial services or other regulated environments
• Exposure to Pega-based solutions or similar enterprise platforms
• Experience working in BizDevOps environments
• Familiarity with Jenkins or similar tools supporting CI/CD-based delivery
