Senior QA Engineer, KRAKÓW

  • 6+ years of experience in manual software testing.
  
  
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), testing methodologies, tools and processes.
  
  
  • Strong ownership mindset with the confidence to make decisions and take responsibility for quality outcomes.
  
  
  • Proactive attitude, identifies risks, raises concerns early, and drives issues to resolution independently.
  
  
  • Comfortable challenging assumptions and advocating for quality standards across teams.
  
  
  • Ability to work autonomously while maintaining clear communication and accountability.
  
  
  • Experience in functional, regression, and exploratory testing for web and mobile applications.
  
  
  • Familiarity with bug tracking tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or similar.
  
  
  • Ability to write clear and concise test cases and defect reports.
  
  
  • Knowledge of API testing using Postman or similar tools.
  
  
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  
  
  • Skills in any modern programming language (Node.js, C# preferred) and database (SQL & NoSQL) queries are a plus.
  
  
  • ISTQB certification as a plus.
  
  
  • Availability to work 11:00 - 19:00 CET, 2-3 days / week
    
  
  
  • Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken (B2+).

Salary levels: 15 000 – 18 000 PLN/ month
