Senior React Developer Technical Leadership
- 10+ years of software development experience
- Strong expertise in React.js fundamentals, including components, hooks and lifecycle methods
- Proven experience leading and mentoring development teams
- Hands-on experience with state management libraries such as Redux Toolkit
- Proficiency with front-end build tools and pipelines, particularly Vite
- Practical experience managing containerised applications using Docker, Kubernetes and OpenShift ECS
- Strong knowledge of relational database design and optimisation
- Proficiency with version control systems including Git, Bitbucket and GitHub
- Experience with Agile and Scrum processes, including sprint planning and estimation
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools (ROD, TeamCity, Jenkins, LightSpeed, Harness)
- Strong understanding of code coverage, code reviews and quality tools like SonarQube
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
