Senior Technical Business Analyst
Skills and attributes for success
- Good analytical, communication and organizational skills (meetings facilitations, ability to align with key stakeholders in Front Office & IT)
- Ability to analyse and document processes and flows
- Experience with Business Process Modelling, UML (2.x)
- Experience with project tracking (e.g. Jira) and knowledge management (e.g. Confluence) tools
- Familiarity with Software Architecture, Usability concepts
- Skilled in creating, maintaining and managing product backlog
- Experience working in international projects in agile / scrum methodology
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Science, other Technical qualification
- 3+ years in a corporate IT environment in a similar position
- Practical knowledge of UML
- Programming/data base experience
- Good English (B2) language verbal and written communication is a must
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Ability to deal well with ambiguity
