Senior Technical Delivery Director, REMOTE
- 7+ years of proven experience as Delivery Manager/Technical Project Manager/Delivery Director
- Technical background (Developer/BA/QA).
- Experience in application development or elsewhere in SDLC;
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle;
- Strong understanding of different Software development methodologies;
- Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional, and distributed teams;
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to structure processes;
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities effectively;
- Good communication and problem solving skills;
- Experience working with multi-national teams across time zones.
Nice to have:
- Experience working in B2B SaaS /Telecom/Enterprise platforms Experience with Jira / Advanced Roadmaps / delivery analytics tools Experience building delivery processes at scale
- Knowledge of microservices architecture
- Ability to communicate in Ukrainian
