Senior Test Engineer
What you need to have to succeed in this role
- Strong testing background, including test automation using TestMaster.
- Solid understanding of the Private Banking domain.
- Experience working on the Avaloq platform. Strong technical capability in Avaloq scripting and DDIC. Knowledge of Avaloq reporting/interfaces.
- Proven debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to design and develop the most appropriate IT solutions in line with agreed solution designs and customer needs, with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Accountability for ensuring appropriate unit and integration test coverage, partnering effectively with Test Engineers.
- Strong leadership skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders across systems and functions. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to define and document solutions and changes, producing comprehensive documentation supported by structured analysis techniques and methodologies
- Experience working across one or more functional domains and adapting quickly to new business areas
