What you need to have to succeed in this role

  • Strong testing background, including test automation using TestMaster.
  • Solid understanding of the Private Banking domain.
  • Experience working on the Avaloq platform. Strong technical capability in Avaloq scripting and DDIC. Knowledge of Avaloq reporting/interfaces.
  • Proven debugging and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to design and develop the most appropriate IT solutions in line with agreed solution designs and customer needs, with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Accountability for ensuring appropriate unit and integration test coverage, partnering effectively with Test Engineers.
  • Strong leadership skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders across systems and functions. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Ability to define and document solutions and changes, producing comprehensive documentation supported by structured analysis techniques and methodologies
  • Experience working across one or more functional domains and adapting quickly to new business areas

What we offer


The pay range for this role is 17 500 PLN – 22 000 PLN (monthly, gross).


Variable pay is discretionary, but influenced by Group performance, business/function performance and individual performance.
