SharePoint & Visual Design Lead, REMOTE
This is you
- Proven ability to independently design, structure, and build SharePoint environments from scratch (architecture, content structure, and visual direction).
- Strong visual design expertise with the ability to create high-quality, polished presentations and branded digital assets.
- High level of ownership and proactivity – ability to define next steps, propose solutions, and drive workstreams independently.
- Experience in end-to-end project management (planning, execution, delivery) with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate business needs into clear, structured outputs.
Nice-to-have skills:
- Experience with AI-powered tools, especially Synthesia or similar video creation platforms.
- Background in visual storytelling, branding, and communication strategy.
- Experience working on SharePoint transformation or digital workplace projects.
