Site Reliability Engineer SRE
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or Node.js (preferred).
- Good understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and pipeline management.
- Basic understanding of observability principles and SLOs/SLIs.
- Experience using monitoring tools such as Grafana, Kibana, Prometheus, and AppDynamics.
- Basic working knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau.
- Understanding of Agile concepts and processes.
- Working or theoretical knowledge of OpenShift, Tekton, and Harness pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)
DevOps Support at Citi is at the cusp of a major transformation. The production support team is transitioning to a complete Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) model, leveraging established SRE principles and the latest technologies in Generative AI. We are adopting agile methodologies to advance SRE tasks focused on observability, reliability, and resiliency for our developer tools.
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our growing team. As an SRE, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and scalability of our mission-critical applications and infrastructure. The role requires you to learn and embrace multiple tenets of Support and SRE. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining systems that deliver a seamless experience for our users.
