Software Engineer 1 .NET Core System

- Have experience in .NET backend development
- Have practical experience working with SQL databases, specifically PostgreSQL

- Are open to actively utilizing AI tools (such as GitHub Copilot) to optimize their daily coding tasks

- Collaborate effectively within a team, share knowledge, and contribute to a supportive engineering culture
- Speak fluent Polish (essential for daily communication with business stakeholders) and communicative English (at least B2 level)

We are looking for a Software Engineer with a solid foundation in .NET and backend development to join a team responsible for our core financial system - the absolute source of truth for customer and loan data. Your focus will be on improving system performance, scalability, and reliability, while designing and delivering new capabilities and continuously raising the quality and maintainability of the codebase.
