  • 5+ years in software engineering with strong experience in design, testing, and implementation.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and Bash scripting.
  • Experience with Automation and Infrastructure as Code tools, such as Terraform, Ansible, Splunk, Postman.
  • Knowledge of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), certificates, and certificate authority systems.
  • Familiarity with SDLC best practices and tools like GitHub, Jenkins for release management.
  • Hands-on experience with databases, particularly Microsoft SQL.
  • Good understanding of IT infrastructure technologies (Windows/Linux servers, VMware, Firewalls, Networks).
  • Exposure to Identity and Access Management (RBAC, Privileged Access Management).
  • Experience with ITIL processes and tools such as ServiceNow for incident and change management.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, meet clearly defined milestones, and propose process improvements.
Nice to have:
  • Venafi TPP expertise – particularly Venafi for SSH key discovery.
  • Experience in large organisations and/or regulated industries (e.g., Financial Services).

We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer to join our mid-sized engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and integrating new functionality into an existing in-house product, specifically to support the implementation of a new Certificate Lifecycle Management (CLM) tool.

This position offers a unique opportunity to grow across multiple technology areas including development, testing, cryptography, and infrastructure, while working on complex, business-critical projects in a global enterprise environment.
