Experience understanding of Linux operating systems (RHEL preferred).
Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g. Openshift, PROXMOX, VMware ESXi, KVM).
Experience with container orchestration platforms (Kubernetes).
Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g.Bash, Python, Ruby).
Experience with automation of infrastructure and application deployments (e.g.Ansible).
Experience with continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).

Could have:

Knowledge of database management systems (e.g. PostgreSQL, MS SQL).
Familiarity with message queues (e.g.RabbitMQ).
Understanding of networking concepts and principles and security best practices
Knowledge of log management and analytics tools (e.g.Elastic Stack, Prometheus).
Understanding of backup and disaster recovery strategies.
Familiarity with configuration management and version control systems.
Knowledge of at least one public cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Practical knowledge of one or more of these technologies (at least on a basic level): Spring Boot, Angular
Understanding of Linux operating systems (RHEL preferred)
Understanding of Agile Scrum Experience and working in a CI/CD environment (Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery)
Able to troubleshoot and debug issues on basic networking, knowledge of Wireshark
Knowledge of best practices and IT operations in an always up, always-available service environment.
Knowledge of application layer protocols, including SIP, RTP, HTTP, SOAP/REST, DNS, SMTP, SNMP, SSH, TLS, WebRTC.
Familiarity with tools for systems management, operational support, and performance monitoring.
