Software Engineer, KRAKÓW




  • Strong back-end development experience in Java (priority); Kotlin experience is highly valued.

  • A background in developing large-scale, complex systems, including concurrent processing.

  • Solid knowledge of design principles, SDLC, and a DevOps mindset (Agile, automation, quality).

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to navigate a complex global environment.

  • Comfortable in close collaboration with Sales/Trading desks and internal tech teams.

  • Experience in trading systems development is a strong advantage.


Nice to have



  • Exposure to C# (OMS back-end services).

  • Familiarity with VBA (for migrating existing solutions).

  • Knowledge of Equity Derivatives / Structured Products front-to-back (trade capture, pricing, lifecycle).

  • Cloud exposure: GCP, AWS.

  • Familiarity with data stores: MongoDB, Oracle, PostgreSQL.

  • Experience with web services and event-driven architecture.
