What we're looking for


  • Experience managing software engineering / development teams, or significant leadership experience as a Senior Team Lead ready to step into management.

  • The confidence and maturity to lead experienced technical people, not simply manage around them.

  • Solid understanding of software development and engineering practices. You don't need to code, but you should be comfortable discussing architecture, development, delivery and technical trade-offs with engineers.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to challenge, influence and make decisions when needed.

  • Experience working in complex enterprise or international technology environments.

  • A pragmatic, hands-on management style with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

  • Emotional maturity, resilience and the ability to build credibility quickly with both technical teams and business stakeholders.


Nice to have:

Oracle EBS, SAP and Salesforce experience.

The teams work with enterprise technologies such as Oracle EBS, SAP and Salesforce, but we are open to managers coming from other software engineering environments. What matters is your ability to understand technology, lead engineers and operate effectively in a complex enterprise setting.

Your responsibilities

What you'll be responsible for


  • Lead and manage a software engineering team of approximately 10-20 people, including engineers and enterprise technology specialists.

  • Set direction, priorities and expectations, while holding the team accountable for delivery and performance.

  • Build a strong, high-performing team through effective hiring, feedback, coaching and performance management.

  • Work closely with engineers and architects on technical topics, asking the right questions and challenging solutions where appropriate.

  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand needs and turn them into practical technology outcomes.

  • Drive improvements in engineering practices, automation, SDLC and delivery processes.

  • Support the modernization of enterprise applications and platforms used across functions such as manufacturing, logistics and finance.

  • Operate with autonomy while collaborating with technology leadership and stakeholders across a global organization.
