• Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience in IT
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum 7 level of education: Master's degree

• Possession of at least 2 internationally recognized certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert, Red Hat Certified Architect (RHCA), or accepted equivalent certifications
• Knowledge of software architecture design for complex, distributed systems
• Proven experience in designing enterprise-scale and cloud-native architectures
• Hands-on experience with backend and/or frontend development using technologies such as .NET, JavaScript, or TypeScript
• Strong knowledge of DevSecOps practices, including CI/CD strategy, platform design, container technologies, orchestration, and platform engineering concepts
• Proven ability to act as a technical leader and influence teams without direct managerial authority
• Ability to define and communicate architecture vision and technical strategy
• Ability to evaluate technical risks and make high-impact architectural decisions
• Experience in mentoring senior engineers, development leads, technical leaders, and architects
• Strong communication, documentation, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities
• Strong understanding of software architecture styles and patterns
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Azure services
• Experience in modelling systems using ArchiMate notation
