Staff Python Engineer, KRAKÓW KATOWICE

  • 8+ years of software engineering experience, including extensive Python development

  • Proven experience designing large-scale distributed systems

  • Strong software architecture and system design expertise

  • Deep understanding of microservices and distributed system patterns

  • Experience designing scalable APIs and enterprise integrations

  • Strong database design and data modeling skills

  • Experience with concurrency, performance optimization, and high-availability systems

  • Ability to make architectural decisions and balance technical trade-offs

  • Experience mentoring engineers and driving engineering excellence

  • Fluent English

Nice to have:

  • Experience with MES / manufacturing / industrial systems
  • Knowledge of BOM, MRP, shopfloor, traceability
  • Exposure to IoT / hardware integrations
