Supplier Quality Engineer aerospace industry

• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality engineering or manufacturing, preferably in the aerospace industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Metallurgy, or a related field)
• Deep expertise in AS 9100 and NADCAP requirements
• Strong command of FMEA and risk analysis methodologies
• Practical experience in supplier collaboration and addressing quality issues
• Ability to read technical drawings, tolerances, and specifications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external stakeholders
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
• Background in reviewing technical documentation for mechanical components and developing incoming inspection plans
• Knowledge of reviewing and assessing FAI/PPAP documentation from suppliers
• Advanced level of Polish and English

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring supplier quality and compliance with industry standards. You will work closely with suppliers and internal teams to address quality issues and implement improvement initiatives. The position requires regular presence at the client’s site in Niepołomice (minimum 3 days per week).
