Talent Partner – IT & Technology Recruitment
- 4–7 years' experience recruiting IT or Technology professionals
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search and other sourcing platforms
- Experience recruiting passive candidates
- Excellent communication skills in both Polish and English
- A naturally curious personality with commercial awareness
- Confidence speaking with senior candidates and hiring managers
- Someone who enjoys building communities and creating opportunities for others
Experience within Banking, FinTech, Financial Services or GBS environments would be a significant advantage.
