Team Lead Product Owner Technical

• Proven track record of successful product commercialization.


• 3–5 years of experience managing a technical department or team (Mechanical Design, Software, and Electronics) in a Team Lead role; experience in the electrical engineering industry is highly preferred.


• Higher Technical Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or related fields.


• Experience as a Product Owner is a significant plus.In-depth knowledge of electrical product development standards, quality management, and technical documentation requirements.Experience and market knowledge specifically in the development of frequency converters (VFDs) is desirable.


• Strong negotiation skills with both suppliers and clients.


• Language proficiency: Fluent in English and Polish (minimum B2 level).
