  • IT foundations: Basic understanding of IT architecture, networking, or software development principles, with the ability to support requirement specification, design, and implementation of solutions aligned with business goals.

  • Strategic curiosity: Genuine interest in IT project management, strategy development, and process optimization as levers for organizational growth.

  • Client focus: A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a genuine drive to understand client needs and help deliver tailored, high-value solutions.

  • Analytical and communication skills: Ability to break down technical and business challenges, propose solutions, and present findings clearly in reports and presentations.
