• We are growing our Technology Strategy & Transformation team and looking for a Senior Technology Strategy Consultant who is ready to help clients turn complex IT challenges into strategic opportunities!


• Technology & Strategy Expertise


• Solid understanding of IT architectures, platforms, and software development principles, with the ability to connect technology decisions to business outcomes.


• 3-6 years of experience in IT consulting or complex IT environments, with exposure to strategy, transformation, or architecture topics.


• Awareness of emerging technology trends (cloud, digital transformation, data & AI) and the agility to work in fast-changing environments.


• Delivery & Ownership


• Proven ability to independently manage workstreams — building work plans, coordinating activities, and ensuring delivery quality and timelines.


• Strategic thinking and structured problem-solving: able to break down complex business and technology challenges and synthesize insights into actionable recommendations.


• Track record of producing high-quality deliverables — business cases, transformation roadmaps, architecture concepts, and executive presentations.


• Client & Team Impact


• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills, including experience communicating recommendations to senior stakeholders.


• Experience or genuine interest in mentoring junior team members — giving feedback and supporting their development.


• A collaborative mindset and comfort working across cross-functional, multi-disciplinary teams.


• Language Skills


• Fluent in both English and Hungarian, spoken and written, to work effectively with local and international stakeholders
